The Red Bull Ampol driver set the fastest lap in the 20 minute practice
Will Brown has gone to the top of the timesheets in Saturdays one and only practice session, clocking in at 0:54.904 on his 6th lap of the session.
It was a strong showing from Tickford, with Cam Waters and Thomas Randle rounding out the top three, both less than a tenth behind Brown. The top four all within one tenth of a second.
The Touring Car Masters opened Todays action with their Trophy Race at 8:15, with Jamie Tilley taking out the top spot in the 13 lap race.
Aussie Racing cars also logged their first race of the day, with Kody Garland taking the win behind the wheel of the #41, an early safety car caused by Mason Harvey stalling on the grid.
An extra treat for fans across the weekend is the appearance of Gen 6 NASCAR cup car, with an extra seat installed taking some lucky people for joyrides
